Terms of Use

Last updated: October 24, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Bad Labs LLC, a Florida company ("we", "us"), the maker of SeeLI. They cover SeeLI for Mac, SeeLI for iPhone, the SeeLI glasses app, our website, and the services behind them. By installing or using SeeLI, you agree to them.

Who can use SeeLI

SeeLI isn't for anyone under 13, or under 16 in Europe.

What SeeLI does, and what it doesn't

SeeLI runs AI coding agents, Claude (by Anthropic) and Codex (by OpenAI), on your own Mac, and shows the conversation on your RayNeo X3 Pro glasses and your iPhone. You sign in to those AI services with your own account or API key. Your use of them is under your own agreement with Anthropic or OpenAI, and they bill you for it. We don't resell them, and we're not responsible for what they say or do, or for whether they're available.

AI agents make mistakes. With your permission, they can change or delete files and run commands on your Mac. By default SeeLI asks before an agent changes your code, but you decide what to allow. Read what an agent wants to do before you approve it, and keep backups of work you care about.

Free at home, and the license

Using SeeLI with your glasses, iPhone and Mac on your home Wi‑Fi is free. A license, paid once, lets your iPhone reach your Mac when you're away from home. A license covers up to 2 Macs at a time, and you can move it from one Mac to another. Your license key is for your own Macs.

Buying

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

The price is shown on seeli.app before you buy. Paddle handles sales tax and VAT.

Refunds

If SeeLI isn't for you, email hello@seeli.app within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. The refund policy has the details.

Updates

SeeLI for Mac checks for new versions once a day, and the glasses app updates itself from your Mac. New versions can add, change or remove features.

Your work

Your code, files and conversations are yours. They stay on your Mac and with the AI service you use; we don't receive them. The privacy policy explains what we do handle.

Fair use

Don't use SeeLI to break the law or to harm others, or to get around the terms of the AI services you use. Don't try to break, overload or misuse our license and connection services.

No warranty

SeeLI is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that SeeLI will be free of errors, always available, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, Bad Labs LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, code or profits, arising from your use of SeeLI or of the AI services it connects to. Our total liability for any claim about SeeLI is limited to what you paid for SeeLI in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Ending

You can stop using SeeLI at any time by deleting its apps. We may suspend a license that's used against these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If you live in the European Union or the UK, you also keep the protections your local consumer law gives you.

Trademarks

Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. ChatGPT and Codex are trademarks of OpenAI. RayNeo is a trademark of its owner. Apple, Mac, macOS, iPhone and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. SeeLI is made by Bad Labs LLC and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, RayNeo or Apple.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and its date. For a significant change, we'll also say so in the app.
